A: planetdunks.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, MC Maestro, Direct Debit and Paypal. For first time customers please make sure to place your order to your billing address of your credit card or we will deny your transaction. After payment is competed, buyer needs to contact us immediately on the same day through email if buyer needs their item to be shipped to a different address.

A: We deal with many foreign and domestic shoe stores to exchange or to buy shoe styles that are limited edition or unreleased shoes in U.S.A. In some cases we are able to purchase limited sample shoes that are soon to be released directly from factories giving our customers an exclusive shopping experience.

A: Yes, we purchase a majority of our shoes from 100% authorized retailers both foreign and domestic. Equally important, again we also purchase limited sample shoes from factories making most of our products exclusive.

Q: How does planetdunks.com determine shoe pricing?

A: Nike does not sell to online merchants. Therefore, we get our products from international and local stores and set our prices base on our cost and we never try to overprice our shoes unlike other websites that sells shoes for over $300.

Q: Is planetdunks.com a retail store?

A: We are currently only an online store with an office in St. Louis, Missouri. We do not have any retail stores. Local pickup is available. Please contact us for more info.

Q: What is your exchange/refund policy?

A: By shopping at www.planetdunks.com you agree to our Exchange/Refund policy and are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item with USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned.

Please note that all sales on planetdunks.com should be considered final sale and no cancellations of orders will be permitted, it is our express intent to discourage returns: all items are mailed to the on file address and can only be returned with our permission and sole discretion.

EXCHANGES

Although PLANETDUNKS does not charge buyers shipping separate from the cost of the item paid by the buyer in the event of an exchange, the Buyer must subtract the shipping cost incurred by PLANETDUNKS in sending the item to the buyer as well the buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item back to PLANETDUNKS. The rates of shipping that PLANETDUNKS is charged is 25 USD which is non-refundable The return address is different based on your region and before even beginning the returns process we require that you pay the returns/exchanges shipping fee of $25 and email us when you have paid the fee in order to get our return address. If the method chosen by the buyer for returns does not include tracking or insurance the buyer agrees to assume the risk of the item being lost in transit and a refund cannot be issued until the item is returned to PLANETDUNKS in perfect condition including box, tags, etc. where applicable and not worn, damaged, or used in any way that would inhibit the ability to resell the item.
